Unfortunately I have a conflict and will be unable to attend the December ARROW meeting to ask these questions:

Does ARROW have a block of hotel rooms reserved for the Dayton Hamvention? If so, are there any that are not yet spoken for? Also, if I heard correctly, you have a bus going to Dayton. What is the cost per person and is there still room available? What day does the bus leave?

Dayton Bus Trip is Just a Day Trip

Hi, Mary Anne--

We don't, as a club, reserve rooms at Dayton.

The Dayton bus trip is a day trip. We leave around 4:30 in the morning to get there when the swap opens at 8 am, and then leave at around 5:00 pm, arriving back in Ann Arbor around 8:30 pm.
