W8OMB, W8FSA, and KB6NU Discuss Antennas at October Meeting

At the ARROW October meeting, Roger W8OMB (right), Mark W8FSA, and Dan KB6NU all gave short presentations on antennas they've recently experimented with. KB6NU discussed his "Slinky" antenna and W8FSA the C-Pole vertical antenna, while W8OMB gave a great presentation on a variety of restricted-space antennas he's tested at his condominium. Very cool!

I'm going to have to either try getting my coils to work on 75/80m, or maybe buy some new coils and build another antenna. I doubt, however, that the current Slinky Jr. is copper plated, but it may be.
